Frequently asked questions

What file types can I upload?

CSV files up to 2MB or 2,500 rows. Excel support is coming soon; in Excel, use File > Save As > CSV (Comma delimited) and upload that.

What if my file is bigger?

Credit packs for larger files are coming soon. Join the waitlist on the homepage to hear when they land.

Does it change my data without asking?

No. Every change is shown in a before/after preview with a confidence score, and nothing is applied until you choose to apply it. Every rule the tool uses is documented on the How Cleaning Works page.

Is my data stored?

Files are processed on our server to run your cleaning session, and exports are deleted after 24 hours. Do not upload files containing passwords, government ID numbers, health records, or other regulated data. See the privacy policy, or contact us to request deletion of a session.

What does it cost?

The tool is free up to 2MB / 2,500 rows per file. Larger files will use credit packs (coming soon). The pipeline-scale Data Engine is in development.
